For our longstanding and well-known client, F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, we are looking for a long-term temporary assignment for the Basel and Rotkreuz site as a

The perfect candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in creating and implementing trainings with a supply chain management and IT process experience, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry. 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Create the Training Needs Analysis
  • Create training curriculum
  • Responsible for training development of the ASPIRE iCollab standard training materials and liaising with the respective GEP Nexxe functional leads and Roche business leads and product owners for the content
  • The training material will be role based and the candidate must support with best-in-class training the integration of business processes and GEP Nexxe system for each role (internal and external)
  • Develop various type of materials (i.e. user guides, quick reference guides, eLearning etc) or collaborate with the design team for specific task (i.e. create content for digital adoption training on Pendo platform and work with the respective Pendo experts to prepare the training)
  • Adhere to the style guides and design standards that provide a consistent framework for the development of training materials
  • Responsible for adjusting and refreshing the learning materials, when changes are required using the agreed tools and within release scope
  • Prepare and manage the training schedule
  • Deliver global training content for upload in Learning Management System (Cornerstone) and on GEP platform for the supplies and CDMOs
  • Ensure quality assurance (format and content) of the training materials follow the required standards
  • Manage the Train the Trainer approach by identifying internal trainers and conduct training for the internal trainers (train the trainer approach)
  • Support the conducting of the user training (internal and external)
  • Manage the learning effectiveness feedback

Must Haves:

  • Min. Bachelor degree or Change Management / Coaching/ Mentoring degree (e.g. Change 1, ADKAR or similar)
  • Min. 5+ years of experience in preparation, development and administration of training programs including systems, training and curricula development
  • Knowledge of IT Processes and Solutions, Project experience (Processes and Coordination/ Systems) (to be able to implement the training within the processes)
  • Knowledge of procurement / supply chain management processes
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events and extensive knowledge of coaching, mentoring and curriculum delivery systems (Learning Management Systems)
  • Experienced with a variety of authoring and online learning development tools (e.g. Cornerstone, Assima, Walkme, Pando)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German (min. B2 Level)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including a customer-focused approach, and highly effective teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Goal-oriented and structured way of working
  • Ability to extrapolate feedback to assess learning deliverable
  • Can work effectively in matrix organizations, familiar with Agile methodologies and delivery of products
  • Generates enthusiasm and drive for commitment to excellence

Nice to Haves:

  • Previous Roche experience, or experience in the regulated/pharma environment
  • Supply Chain Collaboration Platform experience (e.g. Ariba Network)
  • GEP experience
  • GMP experience
