Background:
In the PS Business Excellence Chapter we are supporting all Pharmaceutical Sciences Chapters, Portfolio Squads, Communities and the Marketplace tool. Collaboration, flexibility, can do atti-tude and a professional growth and learning mindset is key to being successful in this team. You work in close partnership with your colleagues in the Business Excellence chapter in order to provide key administrative and logistics support to the approximately 500 colleagues in the Pharmaceutical Sciences organization.
- Support several chapters (organizational units)
- Actively build and support networks with stakeholders within and beyond Pharmaceutical Sciences, pRED and Roche
- Ensure the right information is available to the teams, in the right level of details, at the right time, enabling a smooth workflow. Such as distribution lists, system updates and general communication
- Support in organizing large meetings, group trips and events. (workshops, forums, offsites)
- Organize travel visas and congress attendances or meetings with external participants
- Managing / coordinating complex calendar tasks for PS Chapter Leads
- Proactively contribute to the team spirit and act as a connector when needed
- Support People & Culture topics (badge/access management, Workday, Cornerstone, OnePortal)
- Organize job interviews across sites
- Assist new employees with induction programs including the preparation of on-boarding schedules
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives
- Guest and visitor management
Must Haves:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- At least 3 years experience as an assistant or comparable commercial activity
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
- Proficient in GSuite, MS Office suite and familiar with digital tools
