Equipment Management Lead 80%

Background:
As Equipment management SME, you will drive process harmonization, defining, designing and deploying their future ERP solution based on SAP S/4 HANA and other cloud/on-premise technology platforms as the backbone of their future Equipment platform (ASPIRE). This program will enable simplified, standardized, and harmonized global business processes for Equipment Management within the ION.

As the SME and local Change requester for cross-site Equipment Management, you will be responsible for the support, preparation and readiness of the global P2RFA (Plan to retire fixed assets) template and related other applications/functions at the sites. You will collaborate closely across multiple functions across the sites combined with a customer centric mindset.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Management of Equipments including creation and maintenance of EQ master data, Status and support partner functions for calibration and maintenance requests
  • Monitoring of maintenance and calibration orders, review of certificates & creation of non conformity reports in case of deviations
  • Drive preparation activities for Data migration load cycle in close collaboration with local Equipment Management partners
  • Creation of test case scenarios for by cross functional collaboration with departments and experts across the ION network to ensure comprehensive E2E testing of Equipment Management processes
  • Review and input into process changes and gain understanding of impact and risk to the business and compliance and final alignment at the global and local level
  • Identifying training needs and pro-active creation of training material for Equipment owners and Managers.
  • Support Maintenance regarding Transition of Mobile Maintenance into Aspire, as well as cost- and time-optimized analysis of internal and external calibrations and maintenance.

Must Haves:

  • Technical background with profound experience in a manufacturing environment in diagnostics with a strong focus on process development 
  • Extensive (min. 5 years) process understanding, master data, data coherence, system landscape, integrations and recognized expertise in the field of Plant Maintenance / Plan to retire fixes Assets 
  • Conceptual, analytical and solution-oriented thinking and at the same time have a high degree of teamwork
  • Knowledge of regulated industry practices (GxP Standards) for product and process compliance and sustainment 
  • Experienced in a project environment, familiar with matrix structure and excellent networking skills
  • SAP (PM), Trello, HP-ALM, gSuite skills
  • Proficient English language skills
