Our client F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel. For a longer limited assignment we are looking for a

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • As a major part of this function, the PMO integrates project status reporting across the work stream.
  • Gathers data about sub stream project progress and produce project status reports reviews
  • Investigation specific performance issues and communicates/escalates early warning signs of troubled work streams
  • Establish and enforce consistent performance reporting, KPI measurements and reporting
  • Act as liaison between program PMO and PMO of the OCM stream to ensure deliverables are followed up.
  • Introduction of agile ways of working as a scrum master for the team
  • Metrics reporting and Management
  • Risk, Issue and Scope Management, Document-Management
  • Support on PMO Tools
  • Hiring tracking, status reporting, follow up and establishing a process with external and internal vendors to ensure constant supply of business critical roles
  • Budget tracking, planning, reporting and exchange with other work streams on request and supply of positions 

Must Haves:

  • Commercial Diploma or higher education or any certificate in a similar area
  • Min. 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator/ Manager, Scrum Master or Organizational Change Manager in a project environment, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experienced with Veeva, Sharepoint, GSuite, Smartsheet and Trello
  • Experienced with Procurement Tasks (e.g. coordination with procurement, communication with different business partners)
  • Experience in Budget/Controlling tasks such as orders, calculation or similar
  • Agile mindset and experience in an agile environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Self-reliant, resilient, flexible and adaptable to project changing requirements
  • Self-organized, proactive personality with technical understanding
  • Very good communication skills with internal and external business partners
