They drive integrated and global campaigns and
provide platforms for communications business partners as well as their affiliates to engage with audiences. Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Leads the design, implementation, and execution of best-in-class digital campaigns, as defined
    by the Senior Digital Strategy Manager
  • Collaborates seamlessly with colleagues responsible for Experience / Communities / Intelligence / Capabilities, and external agencies where appropriate
  • Ensures transparency in planning across all digital campaigns from Corporate, Diagnostics, and Pharma business partners teams
  • Through strategic consultancy, support GC stakeholders through necessary change processes that enable GC to meet its ambitions; primarily the goal of delivering Fewer, Bigger, Better
  • Ensure relevant processes, guidelines, and best practices are relevant, up-to-date, and adhered to by GC’s digital campaigning
  • Where appropriate, support colleagues in affiliate, regional, or other Global functions by embedding best practice guidelines and processes
  • With the support of colleagues from Intelligence, ensures campaigns have appropriate KPIs, meet benchmarks and best practices, and are on-trend
  • Provide support to team members during absences or periods of high workload

Must Haves:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital campaign management
  • Proven track record of engaging with audiences through organic and paid digital activities 
  • Detailed knowledge of all major digital platforms including websites, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Twitter 
  • Expert in Communications Coaching, Outcomes Focus, and Audience Centricity (based on Communications Skills Framework)
  • Understanding of benchmarking, KPIs and measurement of digital campaigns 
  • Experience in agency/vendor management with ability to lead and influence agency partners
  • Ability to present confidently with senior stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience in molecular (protein-based) and biochemical assays
  • Background in coagulation
